As women we spend a great deal of time nurturing and caring for those around us, though we often fall short in taking the best care of ourselves. Increasing demands, expectations and stress have many of us on autopilot struggling to manage our day to day lives. Stress impacts us in so many ways—including:
Unmanaged stress can ultimately result in increased levels of anxiety, depression, physical illness, disconnection and burnout. In other words, it gets worse unless we do something about it. Life has its really challenging times for us all. Our stress can be acute (short-term, sudden) or chronic (long-term, persistent); regardless of where you are in the continuum I can help! Asking for help in our overwhelming moments can be difficult, but finding the courage within is the first step to creating the life you desire. I am blessed to have witnessed the transformation that can happen for so many women when they take the steps to invest in themselves and their well-being.
